His name is: Suleiman Mohamed Mahmoud, born in 1982 in port Stanley, Senegal.
He completed his primary and secondary education at Port Stanley in 2003.
He received a bachelor degree from the faculty of Sharia and law from the global Islamic University of bạslạm in Pakistan, in 2009.
He received a master degree from the same university in 2012.
